Coaching Staff

Our coaches are one of the core strengths of our club and represent former collegiate players, both current and former collegiate coaches, plus very experienced Junior coaches. Many of our staff have achieved advanced certifications through USA Volleyball's Coaching Accreditation Program (CAP). The coaches from two of the major universities in Memphis actively participate and coach in our club.

Memphis Juniors coaches bring a wealth of experience and varied backgrounds, offering fresh perspectives and ways to communicate the game of volleyball. By implementing our integrated training architecture, developed in accordance with the national level guidelines derived from USAV's Athlete's Summit, Memphis Juniors strives to provide a consistent training experience from a player's first contact with the ball. Within that framework, each coach is the means to bring the game to life for the athlete. Our coaches' creativity and skills in teaching the game are one of the strongest points in our program. All of our coaches are USAV certified and subscribe to the idea of "Athletes first, winning second." Memphis Juniors believes that with the right focus on hard work during training and disciplined, competitive team-oriented play, winning will follow.
